7. Engage with Coach

I emailed Morri Pace with my draft of The Frame with the topic of the writing process.  We then Facetime before implementing.  After completing the lesson, I emailed Morri my video and she sent back any suggestions or things that I should clarify.

I got positive notes about my Framing routine from Morri Pace and was pleased with how things went.

I submitted my draft frame on March 5, 2018. Dr. Graham reviewed the draft, made suggestions, and shared electronic frames with me. 

Facetime with Morri Pace twice.  Once before completing draft and working with my students.  And then the second was after she looked at draft and we discussed my approach and if I had any questions.  We also emailed each other.  

Our coach, Lisa Atkins, was always readily available for my Co-Teaching partner and me for assistance and to answer any questions.  She kept us informed of assignments, due dates, and steps we needed to take towards receiving the Level 2 Badge.  Ms. Atkins provided directions to accessing the badgelist website.  She encouraged communication and received several correspondences from her extending her services to help.  

Our coach, Morri Pace, has guided us in implementing The Framing Routine.  We have had three video conferences with Morri about the progress of implementation.  We have had constant communication with any questions we have had regarding The Framing Routine.  Morri has provided us with positive feedback on our drafts and video of the frames we have implemented.

Most of my interactions with my coach, Suzanne, has been through email. Anytime I have a question, she is quick to respond, and she is careful to contact me to remind me of due dates for assignments and so on. While we haven't had many interactions, I am confident that she is always available if the need arises. When she visited our classroom at the beginning of our co-teaching initiative, she went through the checklist and gave advice and also let us know that she was willing to help us out if we have any questions or concerns.
