Chrome apps and/or Extensions

I like how organized apps are on chrome. Makes things and places easier and quicker to get to which is pretty crucial when making the most of the spare time you have.
Extensions: I love using the Google meets enhancements Pro it makes managing my meets easier. I love being able to manage which extensions I want visible at all times because I use them more often, but I am not limited to only those extensions. Extensions that are helpful for me but I don't use as often can easily be accessed by managing extensions and clicking the icon or pinning it. I think Bitmoji is the best in making things a little more fun quickly. I can save my images or simply drag and drop.

Chrome + Extensions

Google Chrome + the extensions for Screencastify and Capture have allows be to screen record myself working through math spiral problems so that my students are able to see what step they messed up on. I have also used Capture to record the readings on ThinkCentral and Benchmark for my students that need oral accommodations.

Google Chrome is my "utility belt"!

Bitly has become one of my most favorite extensions. It truly creates powerful short links. I don't know how we could communicate with parents how to access the MJH content quickly without this tool.

My favorite extension is Loom.

Loom has made it very easy to make videos.  I use this to make tutorials and to give parents quick updates.  I like that Loom saves the videos automatically to my account.  It's very easy to use and I really appreciate that I can show my screen and my face at the same time.

Organization is Key!

In my role as district and departmental support, organization is key.  In order for me to work efficiently across all areas my job touches I have to have tools to streamline and make organizing tasks a priority.  Chrome helps me be successful in this endeavor by offering both timesaving and organizational tools like Onetab--cleaning up my tab clutter so my open tabs are organized; tab scissors allows me to split my screen and view websites side by side, and my Tab ToDo List helps me manage my time and tasks to fit it all in my workday.

Chrome makes everything easier!

Using Google Chrome is a no brainer. I love how convenient it is and it makes my job easier. I can organize all of my Google Drive applications and documents easily and I can access them quickly. As an individual that works in school support, communication is a critical part of my job. Google Chrome keeps me organized and makes communication with others in my organization easy.
