I attended The Young Hackers by Mamadou Diallo. I learned about the free opportunities for kids and teens available in in our communities. These opportunities include Hackathons, events that teach programming to beginner and experienced coders alike. Often set up at schools, Hackathons are open to anyone able to attend. I also learned about the importance of social media in the prospect of connecting with other coders in my area.
