First of all I would like to thank you for such opportunity to find out new and interesting information about things which I am really interested in. I learned so many things: how to use blackboard collaboration, how to use different electronic tool for education. This conference is grate and the students are awesome and so clever. It was very interesting to hear about using 3D printing in our classes, but unfortunately we don't have 3D printing in our universities, but I strongly belive that we will have it soon.  And I am tremendosly happy that I improved my skills in different topics.

I am really impressed of this conference!

I learned lots of new things. First of all, I liked the session about using technologies in education. The presenter spoke very distinctly and I was agree with his information, because in our country we have the same situation with technologies in schools. The statistics and history were really interesting. I haven't known some things and he did it clear.
Then, I appreciate the presenter of the session about Snapchat. In our country people use only Instagram when they want to share their impressions, locations, events. But I didn't know about this app. It is really cool.
In addition, it was very interesting to hear about how can be useful 3D printing in our classes; how does it help to students who will be architects, doctors, dentists, artists. Unfortunately we don't have 3D printing in our country's schools and universities, but I hope it will be fixed soon.
Thank you for this conference. It is great opportunity to connect with people from other countries for learning about  new innovations and technologies. It was an excellent experience in my life.

The Young Hackers

I attended The Young Hackers by Mamadou Diallo.  I learned about the free opportunities for kids and teens available in in our communities.  These opportunities include Hackathons, events that teach programming to beginner and experienced coders alike.  Often set up at schools, Hackathons are open to anyone able to attend.  I also learned about the importance of social media in the prospect of connecting with other coders in my area.

Learned some really cool coding sites, how to trouble shoot ipad problems.
I also learned that my ideas can help the world some day.

I attended Gabby L and Nora F's presentation about Social Justice and Physics and I learned about some of the innovative and impactful ways that girls at MMT use technology!

I am a newbie to the student tech conference 2015, but love, love, love the whole concept.  I learned how to use blackboard collaborate, the pros/cons of going Google (more pros than cons!) and a great cross curricular project that combines both the old an new methods of researching and presenting.  Looking to learn more later this afternoon!  Hoping to get some of our students East Syracuse Minoa CSD involved next year!  Love #edtech!

I learned so many things. 1. How to use blackboard collaboration. 2. This conference is global and awesome. 3. Plugged In is a student-driven worldwide digital literacy club. Ran from fundraisers by kids with passion and drive to provide service to those who need to be able to connect. 4. The students are incredible.

#Tell-us-what-you-learned I am amazed what Plugged In is doing. Great that they help other Ss.

The clear aim and goals is what all groups need to remember. The fundraising through bake sales is doable, pizza night and game nights. This helps increase parents and students working together. I like the series of checks and balances to research and see if the equipment will make sense.
