Reflection and Evaluation

It is very glad to be a course representative, perhaps next time I would be able to talk to all of our colleagues.

What went well: Not only reporting feedback to SSLC meeting, but we also collected constructive feedback and sent them to each professor. We hoped that this feedback can really make changes in the following years.

What didn't go well: We had more than 60 students in our programme, it is a shame that I didn't have the chance to talk to all of them. I hope I can talk to most of them and encourage more people to fill in the survey.

What would I recommend is done differently next time: I will make a difference next time by communicating with lecturers first to see if they can address the problem. If they can't or come across some problem, I will report them to SSLC.

What did I learn from this: learning and responding are very important for being a course rep. Being a good listener can effectively understand students' concern, and being a quick response can help the problem get addressed quickly.
