I led the Postgraduate Committee to plan a postgraduate game night.

In planning, I organised several Committee meetings to push the process. In the first two weeks, the Committee met once a week to decide the theme and activities in the event. Once the theme and activities were decided, the Committee met twice a week to discuss details about the activities. As the deadline was approaching, I decided to push the Committee to meet more frequently, in the meantime, I communicated with the Student Union for them to inspect our plan.

Before the actual delivery of the event, our team carried out rehearsal twice to ensure all the activities run smoothly. At the night of the event, I was the leader of the Committee to ensure the event go smoothly. Before the event started, I arranged two people setting up the place, I and another person welcomed students at the entrance and signed them in. After the event started, I looked after it in case there was some emergency happening.
