As the secretary, my role was to write the minutes (attached).

This was the first meeting of the new committee, as the secretary, I outlined the agenda and took note of all that was said and discussed, making sure to highlight the planning of certain events. Seen in the document is the online time slot planner I had set up for the committee to select when they were able to be on the stand for the Bunfight.
This was the planning and organisation of the event where we were to try to get as many new students involved and interested in joining SUStrings!
