- participated in The Word Mapping professional learning by Dr. Berry on January 29, 2020
- worked with mentor (Dr. Berry) to plan and present The Word Mapping Strategy professional learning to teachers in the region on September 30, 2021 and provided them with resources to implement in their classrooms
- Taught a sixth grade student The Word Mapping Strategy from March to June 2022
- Coached an eighth grade teacher in my region on the strategy for 3 in-person sessions and 2 phone conversations
