Teacher seemed to really understand the TM-D process
It was fun working with another educator to bounce back and forth. Our students seemed more engaged with the two of us.
What were the challenges?
Having a week between each session made this process difficult. There was a fair amount of review from the previous lesson before progressing forward.
How did the two of you problem solve issues?
K. Morris gladly allowed me/observed while I led our student through all the review process then he began the instructional piece. During the "I Do", "We Do", "You Do" section, it could be potentially challenging with a co-teacher coming up with the correct/most important details. However, we agreed to allow the lead to make the decisions during the process.
What Adjustments did you make?
K. is an English teacher so she was fantastic at providing multiple examples.
