- Teacher seemed to really understand the TM-D process
- It was fun working with another educator to bounce back and forth. Our students seemed more engaged with the two of us.
- What were the challenges?
- Having a week between each session made this process difficult. There was a fair amount of review from the previous lesson before progressing forward.
- How did the two of you problem solve issues?
- K. Morris gladly allowed me/observed while I led our student through all the review process then he began the instructional piece. During the "I Do", "We Do", "You Do" section, it could be potentially challenging with a co-teacher coming up with the correct/most important details. However, we agreed to allow the lead to make the decisions during the process.

- K. is an English teacher so she was fantastic at providing multiple examples.
