Morris seemed to really understand the TM-D process
It was fun working with another educator to bounce back and forth. Our students seemed more engaged with the two of us.
What were the challenges?
The time between instructional sessions (one week) could throw students off.
How did the two of you problem solve issues?
During the "I Do", "We Do", "You Do" section, it could be potentially challenging with a co-teacher coming up with the correct/most important details. Finding balance since Morris is the classroom teacher.
What Adjustments did you make?
I respect her as a teacher and an English teacher--her ideas were always a fantastic add-on
