- What were the successes?
- Morris seemed to really understand the TM-D process
- It was fun working with another educator to bounce back and forth. Our students seemed more engaged with the two of us.
- What were the challenges?
- The time between instructional sessions (one week) could throw students off.
- How did the two of you problem solve issues?
- During the "I Do", "We Do", "You Do" section, it could be potentially challenging with a co-teacher coming up with the correct/most important details. Finding balance since Morris is the classroom teacher.
- What Adjustments did you make?
- I respect her as a teacher and an English teacher--her ideas were always a fantastic add-on
