1. SIM CER Implementation Experience

SIM CER Implementation Experience Applicants eligible to apply to become a SIM Professional Developer in Content Enhancement meet each of the following requirements.
  • Participated actively in professional development for a minimum of 3 CE Routines (preferably from 3 of the 5 strands, Planning and Leading, Higher Order Reasoning, Concepts, Explaining, and Increasing Performance) - Visit the CER webpage for more information
  • Implemented a minimum of 3 CE Routines (if one of these is not a planning routine, then pre-work will be required prior to attendance)
  • Implemented the CE Routines throughout the year to demonstrate proficiency and/or competence as verified by a certified SIM Professional Developer
 Download this table indicating the instruction you have received and the experience you have had using the Content Enhancement Routines with students. Note those that you are currently using in your classroom and if you are not currently in a classroom teaching position, note how you are using or have used the routines. Upload this your completed table to your CER PD Institute badge.
