After reviewing the document that contains many ideas for active engagement of students with content, I have concluded that there are some items that could provide a sustained and an extension of learning for instruction. Furthermore, some of the activities can prove beneficial in the sense that there is the requirement of movement for engagement. This could aid some students who need to move and are tactile learners. Also, the activities focus on communicative skills for the students in order to express understood knowledge about either the content or the instruction.
I will state that not all activities work for every grade, and as I found out, there are some that have to be "tweaked" to provide more valid evidence of understanding. This comes with implementing the strategies within the lesson thought.
