I attended the two-day event at Heartland AEA in Johnston, IA last week. As always, it was informative and it was good to collaborate with colleagues that I don't get to see often enough. Several aspects of the update conference, such as the Word Mapping and Theme Writing that I will be facilitating soon, were valuable.
