Beginning in April of 2018, our Arkansas group of Literacy Specialists began SIM training in one of two tracks: General Ed Content Enhancement Routines or Intensive Learning Strategies. I chose Track 1, CER. We spent two days learning about the Vocabulary LINCing Routine as well as processing the year-long plan of earning three micro-credentials by March 2019.
