Following the training of the QER in August and October of 2015, I planned, observed, and provided feedback on the QER to a classroom teacher. We used the QER to plan and teach students how to co-construct an answer to a Unit Organizer Self-Test Question. Our system uses the Unit Organizer for each unit of science for planning and teaching. I developed and reflected throughout this process with a SIM Professional Developer, Sherry Eichinger.
