I think this organizes the information well and helps participants to visually see the sequence of teaching the verbal operants to their students. Since I will not be meeting with my targeted group of paraprofessionals again for several months, I recorded this session within colleague, so it did not feel as natural as it should. When I do this with the group of paraprofesionals that this frame is intended for, I will add more examples of each operant related to their specific student, by doing this it will make the content more meaningful and relatable.
