The Framing Routine is a clear and concise tool to use with learners. The frame allows teachers and learners to organize the information in a logical and sensible order. I used the Frame to introduce a new staff member to the MTSS framework. I did not need to make any modifications in presentation or form. The learner found the Frame helpful in pulling the MTSS framework together in a structured, visual format.
