I am excited about joining the badge group to learn a few different things. As an Instructional Coach, one of the things that I need to do is to get my high school teachers on board to try new things. Creating badges allows for some personalization on their part and also gives them motivation to follow through. I am finding myself checking to see if I've been granted badges through this platform. One of the other things that I really like is that it gives me the opportunity to provide evidence during my meetings that I may have otherwise forgotten. The badges help spark conversation as well as recall. I'm most excited to see my own learning progress in the way of technology and then also how to create badges that work for my building.
