At my internship, we had to create a survey that consisted of questions and rating scales. The survey would determine the effectiveness of the Gear Up program. We went to five high school sites and distributed surveys, rewarding students with incentives. After we collected at least 100 surveys per school site, we came back to DLA and input them into a program,that would provide us with graphs of our results.
