Students were able to benefit from this project in three major areas:
1.) Innovation (students were able to select and decide the focus of their project by selecting what product or business they wanted to create.
2.) Collaboration and Communication Skills - Students had to communicate within their small groups as well as with myself and the other teacher in the class. This communication was done in person as well as over virtual communication (google docs commenting, email, video feedback
3.) Digital Skills - students used a variety of digital tools including but not limited to: google docs, slides, drawings, sites, powtoon, flipgrid, screencasyify, etc.
All of these things will hopefully provide a foundation and skill set for whatever jobs they have moving into the future.
