I frequently use Forms as a supplement to quizzes. I mainly use this as a peer evaluation tool, especially in groups. This allows for me to 1) focus on the individuals by group, and 2) focus on the comments made by the students concerning the group atmosphere. I have used this as an exit ticket tool and have several items used repeatedly. I have also used this as part of the group assignment where the individuals have created their own survey, applied the url to a QR and dispersed their survey throughout the community. There are several ways this item can be used.
