Reading Promotion Participation

I want to come out with some sure-fire ways to collaborate more effectively with teachers in my building around promoting reading in a way that encourages students to check out more than just one book a semester.

Re-energize our makerspace

We are in year 5 of our makerspace program and I need some new energy. I hope to collect ideas from other school librarians and from vendors that will help me reinvigorate our makerspace vision.

Authors, authors, authors and illustrators!

Attending an author/illustrator panel or two are in the plans! Nothing inspires reading like hearing directly from the sources.
