After bringing up a particular student issue at an SSLC, I was able to follow up and relay some new information to this particular (anonymous) student to resolve their issues following advice given to me by a member of staff at the SSLC, demonstrating a series of communications I have to undertake as a course rep

I often communicate with my coursemates via facebook messenger, the group is able to freely post any comments for me to discuss in SSLCs.

Provided information about awards and nominations.

As part of my role, I always tried to provide information about any awards and nominations so students would be able to participate and support academic stuff or fellow students.

I emailed students' feedback to each lecturer in order to help them deliver a better lecture for students next year.

Communicate with the professor to get more information about submission

In semester 1, one of the modules was called "Marketing in the 21st Century", the assignment submission of which was very different from other modules. It only required to submit one single sheet with a Linkedin profile link. So students were a bit confused about it. I gave an example to share after talking with the professor.
