Our district has SIM coaching goals for all teachers in our secondary schools. I felt that these two sessions really helped with me to think and reflect on the work we have been doing and where we are going in the area. We are always striving to improve and make coaching more personal for the teachers. I will take the information I have learned and work with my other coaches as we begin the reflection process for this year and start to plan for our work next year.
