On 11/8/18, we had 7 coaches: 2 internal LEA coaches, 2 External IU coaches, 2 SIM coaches, 3 C & C coaches, and 1 transition coach (some participants had multiple coaching roles). This training was from 9-3pm. Everyone was engaged during the co-creation of the UO and filled in their own copy - they were asked to bring this back to our 2nd face-to-face training where we would continue filling in information/content in the UO as we go through the year. The UO spans three training days throughout the year. The initial draft of the UO as well as the co-created one are uploaded in an earlier submission above.
