Unit Organizer for P2G Coaching PLC

We created a Unit Organizer to detail the content that will be covered for this Phase One of P2G for the Coaches:  External, Internal, SIM, Check and Connect, and Transition.

I used this draft of the UO for our central region coaches during their training on 11/8/18 and used it again for our eastern region coaches on 11/9/18.

here is a checklist I had filled out prior to our coaching session. I hadn't uploaded it as I wasn't sure I had the correct one at first.

Use the Unit Organizer Routinely

In my current role/position, I do not routinely work with students in a class setting. However, we have used the Unit Organizer in statewide meetings with other colleagues and consultants in different areas.

Routine usage of UO

As a P2G Pattan consultant, we hold frequent meetings and trainings. I have played around with the unit organizer to determine best how to use it on several occasions at state meetings, though until the recorded lesson, they have all been rough drafts.
