Professional Development Feedback

After we trained our staff and the Jr. High staff on how to use the course and unit organizers, we received feedback via a Google Form. The feedback was mostly very good. We asked participants to review us using a 1-5 scale with 5 being highly effective. If they didn't give us a 5 we asked what might help us improve. Several people mentioned that our online format wasn't ideal. Due to COVID we had to meet virtually which was very hard. We had a person mention that the PD was identical to the book. They felt that they could have just read the book and known everything they needed to know. We also had someone say they wanted more content specific examples in a more student friendly language. These are all things we can work on for the future.
