Created a Gantt Chart for Tammy Markert to keep track of Transportation projects. Tammy brought a paper copy of the idea for this. I turned the paper copy into an automated excel spreadsheet which includes different completion colors for different project phases. For instance, the construction phase of a project is symbolized by the color orange. Tammy should be able to glance at the spreadsheet colors and quickly know where or what phase projects are in.
