Create an 7 question quiz with features: student name, short answer, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale, multiple choice grid (3X4), YouTube video with a short answer option, all questions required. As evidence, describe how you would use the multiple choice grid in detail. More Info

Responses

Take your "quiz" at least five times by clicking on the "preview" (eye) icon. When you are finished, view the results. Take a screenshot of your results and post it here as evidence. More Info
