Our Studets are extrmely smart ! Children are like sponges they learn so much from the day they enter the world. From an early age they are learning to be safe at home , their phone number ,their address,walking across the street and following rules in a classrooms. Now with a lot of our learning ,exploring and gaming online .It is essentail that our children absorb an understanding of the safety needs in the digital world. Promoting critical thinking (making smart choices ), Taking time to create strong passwords. teaching Savvy searching and being responsible online to name a few. I have a lists of do's and don'ts that is in view for all the students to see everyday all year long. With technology changing day to day the importance to continue to teach digital citizenship all year long is the key to keeping up on smart and safe practices in the online enviroment.
