Creating a Google Form for walkthroughs will provide me with the ability to gather data on behaviors, both student and teacher, as well as lesson activities in the classroom. This kind of form can gather the data, but also organize the data in such a way that it is useful for both me and teachers.

I have a large EL population. We use a variety of health magazines that are printed in English. My ELL's could use an iPad or smartphone to read the short articles in any magazine.

I learned several strategies that I can take back to my classroom including using coding for problem solving skills and using robots for research skills. I am particularly excited about using rubber band robots to jumpstart the writing process and develop argumentative skills. One of the most important things I learned was about the leading edge certification program to further my own professional development and use technology in an effective and innovative way. I am excited to earn my digital educator certification and am thrilled to continue to learn!  

I plan to find a teacher interested in podcasting and help them get started.  I work with elementary so probably will start with upper grades. I really believe that students would get excited about this and learn so many new skills as well as publish their work.

My students will get to design google drawings to make cover pages for their fictional narratives!
