Leadership Academy Graduates will:

- Dive into the history of leadership from multiple context and understand value basked, principles driven thinking
- Master the SCOT insight technique - the powerful leadership skill of "re-framing" to engage the creative mind
- Be able to facilitate a 360 Degree World View
- Build a Strat house and learn how to facilitate your own Strat houses with an action plan
- Develop skills to be a positive executive presence
- Network among other young leaders and learn from the professions best facilitators
