My three pieces of evidence in levels of emerging, proficient, and expert.

Three pieces of evidence that I have demonstrated in customer service at front lobby desk of the hospital can occur at the skill levels of emerging, proficient, and expert. For emerging skill level, I greeted people that walk into the lobby, and asking them if they needed assistance if they look lost or head towards registration. This shows basic communication skills with customers. When one is proficient in the skill, one is also able to start up quick conversations with patients and visitors while one is assisting them. For example, as I signed people in or walked a visitor or patient to where they are going, I began a simple conversation to entertain the visitor or patient. These conversations can be described as discussing a recent event or the weather, while looking for the information they need, and then ending the conversation with ease as the information is found and provided to the patient or visitor. As an expert in this skill set, I am able to answer the phones and provide information to patients and visitors without hesitation or wariness. I provided the information needed in a smooth manner and are welcoming to the guests. This ultimately shows mastery of the skill because all the necessary information is being provided to the guest with a welcoming manner.
