Briefly describe your learning goals.

I am thrilled to attend the ICE conference this year.  My learning goal is to improve my technology coaching systems and process for maximizing time with teachers in coaching cycles and less logistical time. I hope to learn about what other coaches are doing to advertise themselves and brand what we do as coaches.  I hope to learn new strategies on how to manage coaching cycles better so that the teachers work toward independence in practice.  
I am also looking for a deep focus on the pedagoical practices around computer science and computational thinking.  Specifically, moving beyond "coding" for coding sake but truly examining computer science principals with elementary students.  I am interested in learning from other teachers using computational thinking principals in unique ways. 

How can we use social media more effectively to reach our students and promote our library within the greater school space? 
Always thinking about ways to engage students in the critical discussion and evaluation of media and information.
What activities work best? What tech tools work best?

My goal is to learn about ways to further integrate STEM topics into the classroom in meaningful ways. Learning from others + hands-on :)

My focus is on creative hands-on projects for the kids to discover their passions and create.  I am also reflecting on how our technology is integrated and what improvements we can do to continue to get better.

Find more ways to use technology in my department for everyone.

I want to learn about how I can support my teachers better as a Tech Coach. I'd like to take back strategies and tools to my teachers to help them teach above the line!
